At age twenty-nine and pregnant for my second child, I began to experience severe migraine headaches. The headaches were so severe that I would experience dizziness, nausea, throbbing head pain and light sensitivity in my eyes. The pain would only subside after hours of bed rest, upon which complete fatigue would set in for a day or two. With teaching full-time and mothering a four-year-old son, I began seeing a chiropractor for relief from my pain.
After almost twenty-four years of trying one chiropractor after another and one technique after another, I scheduled an appointment for upper cervical care. After being corrected, I had my first experience in being pain free for most of my adult life
