HEEL HOMEOPATHIC DETOXIFICATION
Many organs and systems are involved in the storage, metabolism and elimination of toxins once a toxin is absorbed into the body. Cleansing the primary organs of detoxification is a major component of any detox program.
LIVER
The liver is one of the major detoxification organs, and play an especially important role in the removal of toxins that are absorbed via the mouth and digestive system. The liver is flooded with blood that contains dissolved toxins. The special enzymes of the liver convert the toxins stored in fats and oils so they may be removed by your kidneys and bile.
KIDNEY
The Kidney deals with the converted toxins from the liver as well as serve as the primary site for detoxification of heavy metals and many drugs. The kidneys commonly get the most damage from chemical toxicity as it's job is to concentrate the urine and thus increase the levels of toxic exposure to the kidney tubules. A body that is toxic may produce urine that is less than satisfactory as urine that is acidic tends to promote urinary tract infections.
LYMPH
It is very concerning when the fluid that baths our cells with nourishment becomes toxic. This means the very diffuse toxicity exists within our body. The only significant way to drain this is through the lymph system. The lymph system is a series of vessels, like our veins, which progressively increase in size and eventually dump into the veins so its fluid can be detoxified by the liver and kidneys.
