Delta Spinal Care provides the rehabilitation exercises below as tools to help support the long-term changes your body must go through to reestablish maximum function in the best and fastest way possible.

Our first goal is to recreate as full range of motion as possible. After that the objective is to strengthen and stabilize your body in that position.

Participation on your behalf and your commitment to taking a few minutes a day to perform these exercises are essential to your improvement. You will likely be limited in your improvement if time is not taken to break the routine and activities that got you in the situation you are in now.
